Ellen Hart  Fidler
Ellen Hart Fidler of Paris, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 2, 2018. Ellen Hart was preceded in death by her parents, Wilhelmina K. Fidler and Peyton Joseph Fidler Jr. and a brother, John Raymond “Ray” Fidler. Ellen Hart was born in Richmond, Virginia on December 31, 1953. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Paris, Kentucky. She had a loving spirit and particularly a great love for the elderly. She was the Director of The Breckinridge, and Alzheimer’s Residence in Lexington. She is survived by her husband, Jerry Wayne Pritchett; two stepdaughters, Jennifer Pritchett Blackburn (Tony) of Lexington, Amy Pritchett Hager (Troy) of Nicholasville, a granddaughter, Kaylee Marie Spencer of Lexington; a brother, Peyton Joseph “Joey” Fidler III of Simonson, Virginia; two sisters, Sue Page Smith Maiden (David) of Richmond, Virginia, Mary Beth Woleben (Don) of Mollusk, Virginia; three brothers-in-law, Randall Pritchett (Kathy), Larry Pritchett (Debbie), Gilbert Pritchett Jr. (Brenda); and two sisters-in-law, Rita Lyons (Joe) and Pam Pritchett. Ellen Hart is also survived by two nieces, five nephews, great nieces, and great nephews who were very special to her. A Celebration of Life will be held at First Baptist Church, 919 Pleasant Street, Paris, Kentucky on Sunday, May 20, at 4:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Bluegrass Hospice Care.
